The great Indian elections

The media seems to be running out of ideas and think it is very original to publish the asset lists being filed with the Election Commission. Everyone and his granma know what politicians have and what they will disclose. This has ceased to be news. For the news channels, even someone filing a nomination paper has become "Breaking News". As far as voting is concerned, I guess I will vote. Not having the gumption to be a candidate, I will have to choose one from the many on offer. In Chennai, we have some great choices. DMK , AIADMK or Mr Vijaykanth. Of course, there will be the usual 'independents'. Doubt whether BJP will be able to make any dent in this state. So, after election, will things change? I leave it to the Dogs to decide.
